Born in 1954 in Gornji Milanovac (Serbia), Vlada Mirkovic was educated in Gornji Milanovac and in Belgrade.

Since 1989, Vlada has been living and working as a freelance artist.

He participated to several group exhibitions, including the Fourth International Biennial of Miniature Arts in Gornji Milanovac where he received the Second Prize for his painting “Genesis,Triptih”. He also exhibited in Paris in the group exhibition “Regard Fantastique” in 2006. He had numerous solo exhibition during his career in Belgrade, Gornji Milanovac, Geneva, Cacak, and Kragujevac. His paintings are collected around the world in Holland, France, Switzerland, Norway, USA, England, and South Africa.
